Comment: I was skeptical at first but after a few weeks using it, i am very pleased at the results so far. In addition to losing weight, McDavid waist trimmer also gives me much needed support when doing my heavy gym workouts.

and the best part.....it stays in place!! I do NOT have to keep adjusting it.
Once I place it in a comfy position...it remains there until i am ready to remove it.
i lOVE the width and overall feel. I have been wearing this at work (for about
a week now) and boy do I sweat underneath it. My skin and shirts get pretty wet.
I can see results from wearing this item. No major weight loss from the ab area...
not that I was expecting that from just wearing it on my ("sit down")job.
I plan on working out with it....hopefully I will see more results.
I recommend this item to all. I am glad that I found this brand. I am going to order
a few more. I would hate to have something happen to this one and not be able to
replace it. I have tried a few of these waist trimmers and this one by far is the best!!!

Comment: I have a 36-38" waist, I ordered a the McDavid Waist Trimmer and this is absolutely perfect. The velcro really holds and I highly recommend this product.

Comment: If used for 8 hours a day for an extended period of time, it works. It is a lot of work but if you cant say no to those cookies, try it. It makes your middle sweat though, so you'll HAVE to take a shower afterwards.

Comment: My husband ordered this belt for himself. His waist size is only 34". I thought we BOTH can use it. I tried it on and it fits me only. It is not a belt for men. My waist size is only 30". I have to buy another one for my husband. Anyway, the backing material is not durable enough. It is just a kind of cheap plastic backing.
