Comment: A while back I had lost my charger for my DS so I went to Wal-Mart and the only thing they had was a Phillips 5-in-1 charger for $20. I really didn't need a charger for all the other handheld game systems, but I was desperate to play my video games again, so I got it. It was one of the worst rip offs I have ever gotten. It'd never stay in the socket, if it started charging, it'd some how wiggle loose and not charge. It was really sad.
So I went on the Amazon and saw this charger being sold for A PENNY. I decided "why not?" and bought it because I was getting really annoyed at my other charger. It worked like a charm and did what its sole purpose was!
Isn't it funny how a 1 cent charger from China can work better than a charger from a reputable company like Phillips?
It's great, but for consumers, remember that this isn't the OFFICIAL one from Nintendo. Those that are complaining that they didn't get the Nintendo one obviously didn't look at the second picture. But it still works just as good so you won't miss much just because it doesn't have the Nintendo logo slapped on it.
Oh, and I got very fast shipping on this product too! I got it two days BEFORE the suggested delivery date.

Comment: This is the first time that I am dissatisfied with a purchase from amazon.com. My son wanted the actual Nintendo DS charging cord shown in the picture, the one he got is not anything like the one shown in the picture. It is not a nintendo product,it is round shaped,and it has a much shorter chord. So he was really angry,and wanted to return it, but I told him to keep it for now, and we would try to find the actual nintendo one.
