Because there is no motor, the INMotion II treadmill is quiet so you can work out while you watch TV or listen to music without disturbing others. The 42 long walking/running deck accommodates both longer and shorter strides, and you can adjust the incline for the workout intensity that is right for you. When not in use, fold, roll, and store away in a closet or corner.

This machine works great and really gives you a good workout. I love the incline on it because that is the way I prefer it any ways. This is a great buy for a low price! After about ten minutes I felt my muscles working and the belt is a little tricky but after adjusting it works fine. Customer Rating: Summary: Get walking! Comment: This treadmill was fairly easy to put together and it came with all the required pieces and tools. Once I got the belt situated in the middle after a few adjustments, I was all ready to start walking. It does feel like you're walking up hill but it's supposed to be a work out, right??? That's exactly why I purchased a manual treadmill. I am 5'4" so I have no complaints about the height of the handles but I know some taller people feel they have to hunch over. Inclination can't be adjusted, handles are too tall, makes a lot of noise and the button on the display is useless. Assembly was very easy unlike several people complained. If adjusted properly you can reduce the amount of noise but not by much. This is also no good if you live in an apartment complex. Not only it's loud but the whole floor will shake when running on it. After a few sessions on it I have decided to go to the gym and not worry about any of these problems.
