Comment: This product actually works pretty darn well, when it is functional. I bought one of these and really liked it. However, it broke within one week. I don't even have much nose hair. I just like to keep it clean.

I figured maybe that was a fluke and went out and got another one. I didn't think it would be worth my time to get the company involved and try to get a free one. I figured I would just pop over to the store and get another one. I did, and it broke after about 3 weeks.

So, I have had enough and will be trying a different nose hair trimmer.

Comment: I bought this in hopes that I would have it around for years if not months. I ignored the low star-ratings assuming they were overreacting. I used this trimmer ONCE, no joke. And that ONE time was probably for no longer than 1 minute. I went to use it again and got nothing. I changed the batteries numerous times, shook it, gave it a few days, nothing worked, it died. Philips should be ashamed of themselves for not solving whatever problem it is they are experiencing with this product. DO NOT BUY!
