Comment: My Husband, two daughters and I use these as foot warmers in bed at night. It makes it alot easier to get to sleep if your feet are warm. I also use this warmer for backaches and chronic neckaches. We all love this product and would definitely recommend to others.

Comment: I have found all of Nature's Way pack products (the eyepatch, the basic patch and the shoulder pack) to be warm, sturdy and effective. I like how the filling can be adjusted to mold to ones body although they could be slightly fuller. I also wish they would stay warm longer. However, the construction is very quality and should last for some time.

Comment: This works perfect. I keep one in the freezer all the time. Then the other one is ready for the microwave. Iuse them for headaches and sore muscles. The lavender smell is a little strong for me but after a few uses it goes away. The weight of it is good.The shipping was very fast.
