Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Avoid at all costs Comment: This phone was provided as a corporate phone to me. Bottom line, it is unimaginable junk. For some reason, the phone completely resets itself unpredictably every few weeks, requiring me to spend hours reconfiguring the email system, contacts, etc. It also randomly reboots all the time too. Just junk, avoid, even if it means spending 3x as much. Customer Rating: Summary: Quite pleased with it Comment: I had donated my Q9h and got a iPhone, did'nt realize what it was until i was missed it for next 2 month. It has great features like Bluetooth connectivity to my computer (and auto files synch), dynamic spell check, querky keyboard etc.. love it and now miss it.. Customer Rating: Summary: Great screen cover Comment: I oredered extras just to be sure incase one was damaged. I have being using the same protector for months and there isnt a scratch on it! Comment: It was cheap, which of course, it was sold for very cheap. There IS an adhesive on the back of it, and the first accidental touch i made upon the back left a fingerprint in the adhesive, which i could not remove. In short it's just a thin flexible clear plastic slightly coated with an adhesive. If you get it on perfect the first time, then it is fine. But if you plan on removing it to clear anything you did not clean off the first time it will probably be a waste of money since everything sticks to the back of it. I was dissapointed that it is not as advertised. Thinking that it did not have an adhesive i was not as precise in placement as i should have been, and i had to discard it after a few times of attempting to clean and place back on. If you do buy it, get it on the first time and you'll be fine.
