Customer Rating: Summary: Don't buy replacement batteries from the mall kiosk Comment: If you're looking for a new battery don't bother with your cell phone companies kiosk or store in the mall, all they will do is try to sell you a new cell phone and at least 2 more years of coverage for your trouble. I bought 2 of these batteries, 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter and paid about $10.something including shipping. These are brand new batteries. The service was fast. I ordered on a Sunday and they arrived on Thursday. The employees at the cell store/kiosk must be trained to sell you a new phone since it doesn't seem they really know how much a replacement battery cost. I sent an e-mail and pictures to VibeCellular and was sent an apology for the problem and a replacement battery was sent to replace the first mistake. To my dismay the replacement was also USED battery. I sent VibeCellular another e-mail explaining this situation and have not heard from them yet.
