It does not allow file transfer on my W385 or my RAZR V3c. Customer Rating: Summary: Easy to set up Comment: This item was just what I was looking for - I wanted to transfer photos taken on my Motorola K1 to my laptop. The setup was easy using the included CD, just followed the instructions. I was able to transfer the photos I wanted easily because the program is self-explanatory. This is a great product, and though I have not tried all the features that come with it such as downloading new ringtones to the phone, I am satisfied with it. The software seemed to back up the contact info from my Razr but it did not allow for media transfer between phone and pc.
