Customer Rating: Summary: Works great alittle unstable Comment: My son is almost 5 and loves this after outgrew a smaller one.
The handle kinda puts the weight too far forward for high, hold the handle jumps ,so I reversed it so the concave part is towards the center of the trampoline. Its still alittle unstable so we stick the back edge under the soaf to prevent a flip, which hasnt happened yet.
Overall, good product! I would recommend it
Customer Rating: Summary: Great Exercise Comment: We bought this for our son who is almost 3. We call him our little Tigger as he just loves jumping. We've had the product for several months now and have been very impressed with it. We did remove the stabilizer bar as it forces our son to be very close to the edge to jump. It's easier for him to just jump in the middle of the product. Overall, no complaints.
Customer Rating: Summary: Better than Miles Kimball's Trampoline Comment: I sent back the trampoline we ordered for our granddaughter from Miles Kimball. Directions had been translated poorly from Chinese (sentence structure lost its meaning frequently), the print and photos on the directions were faded and a magnifying glass was necessary to read the poorly written instructions, the frame was difficult to assemble, and instead of springs, a bungy cord was employed which had to be woven around the perimeter by Superman and the League of heroes. after 5 plus hours of frustration using a magnifying glass etc. I sent the thing back and ordered the Bazoongi from amazon. Directions were clear and simple. I had it up and ready for use within about 45 minutes of easy assembly. Compared to the bungy cord on the former unit, the springs were easy to attach to the mat and frame. The unit is well constructed and is as safe as any trampoline can be for kids. close supervision is required especially when new friends come over. there are loads of warnings that go around the trampoline, but kids of course can't read. make sure all directions are followed. good product.
Customer Rating: Summary: Fantastic Bouncer for Children Comment: I bought this bouncer for my Granddaughter, who was 26 months at the time, after reviewing many bouncers on line and at at various stores. Upon receipt, I was immediately impressed with the heavy construction and the springs. Our Granddaughter knew what to do as soon as it was assembled. She bounces on it all the time while holding onto the handle and while sitting. She just loves it. It is a really great toy for burning off energy and having a lot of fun. The handle is really great. It provides a very good measure of safety. This is a really good product!!! If you are in the market for one, this is the one.
Customer Rating: Summary: The main pieces do not fit together for me Comment: I bought this after reading the large number of positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience has been negative so far.
This is a project to assemble by yourself. I am a pretty decent do-it-yourselfer. I started this project, and due to a manufacturing defect, cannot finish it.
The problem is that there are six main curved bars that need to be assembled together (the circle of the trampoline). I was able to easily assemble the first five bars, but in trying to close the circle, the alignment on the last piece was off, such that they would not fit together. I tried to re-work the curved bars, so that I would connect different pieces together as "the last piece" but the alignment problem remained. Basically the last piece seems to always be twisted about 10 degrees off, and therefore they don't connect (imagine trying to fit two squares, one smaller inside the other slightly bigger one. If the slightly smaller square is tilted 10 degrees, it won't go into the other without hitting the edges of the bigger one).
I took out a wrench and a hammer to try to do a little bit of an alignment, but while I was able to get the pieces to connect a little bit, it wasn't enough to fully connect the pieces.
I called their toll free number for assistance, but understandably, they are closed on Saturdays.
I will send them an email and we'll see how they respond.
