He works in a factory with metal all day. We got married in October and it doesn't have a scratch yet. I am highly satisfied. It really does look like the picture (I was worried that the black titanium would look too dark in reality). The ring does scratch a bit (so don't expect the titanium to be impervious), and I had to get used to the new thickness, but it's been a really great ring overall, and I'd recommend it to others. Customer Rating: Summary: nice ring, nice price Comment: the ring comes exactly as described. the thick band does make for a tighter fit, i had to order a size bigger for a comfortable fit. the black band though is not very durable against regular wear. the band becomes chipped and exposes the silver titanium underneath.
