Comment: I have been using this program for a number of years. I have purchased this one at Amazon as the price could not be beaten. It is a great program and I will constantly be upgrading this as each year requires an upgrade.

Comment: I have owned an older version for XP which worked great so I bought this version for my new computer which has Vista Home Premium 64BIT.. Installed fine, didn't work. Updated to the newest version for free and still didnt work. It thinks that it's working. It displays that the wash is completed but its all blank. After email to webroot help, I recieved links to other problems that are different from mine, and for only $29.95 they will resolve this issue for me when I call. Very disapointed ! Maybe it doesn't work with the 64bit version of vista ?
