Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: It helps to relax Comment: I did not expect this thing to be so effective but it really helps to get rid of pain! It is not for one person, but if there is another person to help, this massager is extremely helpful on shoulders, back, even hips. We use it very often--about 2-3 times every week, I think it worth the money if it can last more than one year. Customer Rating: Summary: A good sort of pain Comment: I have used other massagers from this brand, so I was nervous to switch to yet another new version. Fortunately, this unit made improvements over my prior massagers. The percussion massagers glide smoothly, the speed adjustment is useful, and unit has good heft. In fact, it could be a little too heavy for some users. The foam grip handle, while useful, also appears likely to be the first point to wear out on the unit. Overall, the unit does a nice job of working through the soreness in my back. So, this inexpensive unit earns a five star rating.
