The light is very easy on the eyes. Working with this seller was a good experience. I would definitely give them my business in the future. Cons: Propietary lightbulbs, running from $20 to $30 each, impossible to find. Make sure to order an extra lightbulb from manufacturer when getting this lamp! Extremely white light - not even a hint of color for such a 'colorful' light source. May remind some of old fluroscent lamps, and nauseate others (as an effect of being reminded by the associated setting, such as work, hospital, or etc. Has nothing to do with physical intolerance of the light). Lamp may be too short for certain applications (5 feet with head bent, 6 feet with head straightened) Other: Solid investment as a dark office atmosphere working lamp.
