I use it once or twice a week and cover my face, neck and shoulders and it pulls out impurities and toxins and leaves my skin feeling like silk. This is great for people with normal to oily skin. There is another version of the mud product for more dry and delicate skin. The jar seems to last forever and I slather it on each time.
