Customer Rating: Summary: Great Drug, Great Price Comment: Cetirizine has been great for my allergies, I have not had a single side effect, and the generic is just as effective as the McNeil brand Zyrtec. Since a small amount of cetirizine can pass through the blood brain it can be sedating for some people. However most people have no side effects or they go away within a couple of weeks. One thing to note is that I did not receive Apotex made cetirizine as advertised, instead I got Mylan brand. It is certainly not a problem but if anyone has some sensitivity and/or adverse reactions to Mylan products or you are used to taking Apotex brand you might not wan't to buy this.
