Customer Rating: Summary: Not Pleased with quality Comment: I am a Bushnell fan, but this item is not of the quality I expect. I realize that all mass-produced items experience the occasional defect. So I am not saying it is not a good unit as you can see by many reviews of happy customers, but we are dealing with sighting in a rifle and IMO quality control should be tip top. I plugged this unit into my 7mm Magnum and was looking about 18 yards indoors and noticed the laser was off to the left so I adjusted my scope and the some reason twisted the bore-sight and now the laser showed I was off high and right. The laser was not centered. Again, this might have been a fluke, but this is not a child's laser you get at the Dollar general, this was meant to save me a ton of money in wasted ammo. I just think quality control should have been a little tighter. I returned it, and as with anything you get from Amazon, there are no questions asked. Got to love Amazon! Btw, on a positive note, the cats loved it :-) Irv Customer Rating: Summary: It's all pew pew pew and stuff. Comment: Basically it does what it is supposed to do; get the alignment close enough so when I reached the range I sent fewer rounds before I was dialed in. I've used it on calibers from .22lr, .223, .30-06 and .45-70 with good effect. The on/off is a bit silly, but no big deal. However, this was one DIY gadget that I've used successfully several times. Yes, the switch is "iffy" and don't expect anything more than "pretty close" to zero, but I consider it money well spent. I can't understand where the positive reviews are coming from.
