I have ordered so many things online and have been pleased with them and if I wasn't there was no problem with returns. I bought these stopwatches just over a year ago to use in my classroom. Two broke the first time my students used them. The rest are now all dead - one year of battery life after three uses? Give me a break! Do not buy these, spend a few cents more and get a different brand. The most disappointing fact is that I bought these for my class with my own money and they were useless! They are little better than toys. One of them either doesn't work or has a dead battery already. I'll need to use them this year but I doubt they will last until next year let alone through the race.
