Phone is so handy, clips out of the holster but stays put until you need it. No more falling out of my pocket at inopportune times. This is better than sliced bread! Customer Rating: Summary: Never received order Comment: Contacted shipper to let them know I didn"t receive my merchandise. They responded wanting me to fill out their paperwork for them. I didn't receive it so it's their responsibility to make it right not mine. At this time I would say I'm dissappointed in the service. Maybe the right person hasn't seen the problem yet. Customer Rating: Summary: Don't waste your money Comment: The belt clip didn't work at all it looked good and nice but my phone wouldn't fit at all!! A waste of time and money. Customer Rating: Summary: Nice idea, poor quality Comment: Received this, along with many other accessories for my new V9. Unfortunately, it was not the right size for my ATT V9. Now, there is only one V9, so this made no sense. I could get the holster part to old the phone, but it would warp the plastic. This would also make the phone prone to popping out of the holster, which was not OK. Popping out=falling on floor. The shipping to return it was more than the effort was worth, so it was thrown in the trash. If you get one, you are taking a chance. Customer Rating: Summary: Nice case, a couple drawbacks though... Comment: I got this case for my RAZR2 V9 because I didn't want my phone in my pocket getting scratched up by other things in my pocket. This case is nice and it sure does the job; I can keep it on my belt or on the edge of my pocket. You have to have it faced outward to be able to remove it easily though, and (unlike another rating says) you can remove it with one hand by pushing the tab with your thumb and "catching" it (it doesn't pop out forcefully but you certainly don't want it falling to the ground). One of the things I like about the case is that it is nearly completely open on the outer side, which shows off your cool, new phone. However since the outside is nearly completely open, it is much more susceptible to scratches, which worries me quite a bit. When driving and it is on the right side of my belt I worry that the seat belt buckle will scratch it. Another thing I don't like about the holster is that you cannot open the phone while it is in the case. I would like something I can take off my pocket or belt and open quickly, but with this I have to remove it from the holster which makes the phone more vulnerable to scratches or (knock on wood) dropping it. For the price it's not a bad case, I do enjoy that it shows off my phone. But if you're worried like me about scratching the shiny outer casing of the phone, you might want to find something else.
