It does seem very expensive, but if it makes a difference on getting pregnant it would be worth it. The only problem I had was with the applicator. After filling it I have to carefully use two hands; one hand to insert and one had to hold the plunger up. if I don't hold the plunger up it slips down on it's own and all the lubricant leaks out. But the following month brought us a BFP!!! If you don't have much CM then I would highly recommend you give it a try !
