My main points about the product. 1) Easy to assemble. 2) Doesn't feel "cheap" (like it's going to fall apart). 3) ONE equipment that easily allows me to work different parts of the upper body. After I assembled it, I tried to do 1 pull up...I took it off the door frame and realized I had a long way to go. Using it for a month and a half, people started noticing about my progress. This is a good product, and if it's used with the correct diet, you will get the results. You can supposedly do a lot with this thing, but the only thing I use it for is pull ups, and maybe push ups. I found myself not really using it that often though. To me, its a bit expensive for some bars of metal, but I'm not a big spender. I usually just go to the gym and try to get more done there.
