Comment: Regular deodorant/anti-persperant works just as well. I wear dresses exclusively so during the summer my thighs sweat. I was happy to see a product specifically for chafing.

Comment: Glide is an excellent product. I use it on my long runs and it really helps to prevent chafing and blisters. It lasts a long time and does not come off with long sweating sessions. It works well on your feet, under arms and any other location that you choose. I recommend for bikers, runners or anyone else that needs the protection it provides. Washes off easy when done with workout in shower.

im up in the air
its really pricey, and after a long day it DID limit the chaffing BUT we still had some.
i got a pair of skin tight under armour underwear for hiking and eliminated it all together..
