Summary: OK but...
Comment: fine device, works well and simple to operate, no problems. but for us there is a major issue that makes no sense. the face lighting does not last long and therefore hard to see the face if you just are walking by and want to check the temperature, etc. one needs to touch any button to get it on for a few seconds but that will disturb the settings. from that aspect it is a poor design.

Comment: easy to install and program. The back light does need to be longer but the unit works great and as I would expect. No need to find a pro to install, if you can handle a screwdriver and can power your system off you can have this one installed in a half an hour.

Summary: Works great but the price just jumped
Comment: I bought one of these for $42 a week ago. Installed quickly, works great very happy with it. I decided to order another one but the price jumped $15. I think I'll hold off or find another model.

Summary: No "Filter Change Reminder"
Comment: This is a pretty good no-frills thermostat. It was easy to install, and I have no complaints about it. The interface is easy to use and intuitive. The display is well laid out and full of good information, also making it easy to use. The Amazon feature list is incorrect about one item though. This thermostat does not have a "filter change reminder".

Comment: Easy to Install & works as advertised... i've only had this for a week, but can already tell the difference. Nice interface & love the LED display. We replaced a very old Honeywell therm (w/Mercury)... not only does this help modernize our house, it works great as well. Love being able to see actual house temp & programmed temp. This model is great!! Amazon saves $$$ over the big box stores as well!!!
