Customer Rating: Summary: As Advertized! Comment: We purchased this for use with church services at a nursing home. Setup was easy. The only thing I noticed was that when using full video (from DVD) that there is a slight jerk in the picture motion. The black and white display using PowerPoint is very bright in a well lit room. It is a good projector for the price.
Customer Rating: Summary: streaming video Comment: The projector works good. The only problem was when while trying to watch movies off the internet. The picture was clipping. I don't know if my comuter is fast enough to keep up with streaming video. Regular DVDs worked fine. Maybe I need a upgraded video card.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great projector Comment: I was a bit timid thinking about moving from an overhead projector to a multi-media projector. Best move I've made in a while. The material is much easier to read, it has as much flexibility as the overhead and allows better interface with the audience. I found the setup and use to be quick and easy. Love it.
Customer Rating: Summary: fine choice Comment: this is a low end projector but gives a good image for its price. It's worth the price
Customer Rating: Summary: good product; poor manual for Mac users Comment: The User's Guide is not friendly to Mac users. The iBook needs an adapter (a mini DVI), but this is not mentioned. I had to call the Philippines' support services and spend a lot of time to learn of this. The frustration of now having to find a Mac store to buy the adapter certainly lessened my excitement and pleasure in receiving my new product. On behalf of other Mac users, come on Epson, you can do better for us if you want our continued business! And to Amazon - you could do a better job of informing Mac users if this is a common problem with Epson and other suppliers.
