Customer Rating: Summary: Saw this on Dr Oz Comment: I was watching Doctor Oz advise people to eat some fiber wafers before a meal to feel fuller longer and I thought to myself--What? Fiber wafers!?!? I must try these! So I of course ran to Amazon (figuratively ran as my computer is just in the other room)and ordered some. I like them. I can feed them to my husband as well which is nice--he is the picky taste tester in the house! So, anyway, pleasant flavor and has 5 grams of fiber per packet--win win! Customer Rating: Summary: Finally- something healthy I can have with my hot/iced coffee Comment: I LOVE coffee. I have to contain myself to make sure I don't have more than one cup a day maximum. I enjoy my coffee with milk or halfnhalf but without sugar and without sweetener which is just as well because I'm diabetic. However I do like to have something a little on the sweet side with my coffee to complement it's cofee-esk flavor. Most pastries or cookies are too sugary and sweet and are completely void of any nutritional value and many sugar free cookies are too bland to go well with coffee. These are great because they are both sweet, taste good AND they are nutritios AND they really work well! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has a pretty high sugar content at 11 grams of carbs (not including the fiber carbs which you don't digest) in two small wafers. It would be great if they lowered that a little bit for those watching their sugar and carb intake. But since you're only having one or two wafers a day it's not all that bad in the long run. I have them every day with morning coffee. It does stick to your teeth a little bit, but it's worth it.
