Comment: I'm completely satisfied. These are well made, have a little weight to them and do not knock over easily. What you see is what you get, just the charging stand. They come wrapped in bubble wrap and a thin plastic sheath. You need to supply your own mini USB chord to plug into the back of the unit (ie, use the one that came with your blackberry). Then just drop your Blackberry into the charger and the two prongs on either side touch the charging pads on the phone. The phone then goes into clock mode by itself. For bedtime, just open the context menu for the clock app and select "Enter bedside mode" and the phone will turn off the lighted keypad and mouse ball and dim the display.
For the price, I bought two of these units- one for my nightstand and one for my work desk. This keeps the phone fully charged most of the time- Excellent!

Comment: The dock itself is excellent. However, read the description carefully. It does NOT come with the power cord itself, just the dock. This was disappointing but the dock is well made.

Anyhow, the review. I was tired of using the standard cord to charge my BB. It looks so much better in a stand. Ordered the stand and received it in 2 days (thanks to Prime!).
Perfect fit for the Bold. Just rest it in the cradle and u're done. Obviously, as pointed out by other reviewers, the Bold is standing up in the base so it's possible for it to fall over but not on it's own!!
My only "little" disappointment is that the BB logo at the front of the base doesn't light up... (But that in no way affected my rating. I gave 4.5 because there's no such thing as a perfect product).

Summary: Great product very easy to use
Comment: I love this charging pod. It's easy use and my Blackberry can be charged standing up. As soon as I put my Blackberry on the stand it goes into bedside mode and starts charging. The only thing is you just need to make sure the connects are in contact with your phone so it does go into bedside mode because if it doesn't your phone will not be charged. It is a bit loose on the side and might not be too stable but once you get use to placing it on this stand it's pretty easy to use.
