Comment: This is a great case. I bought three different colors and this is the best color. It's great black on black. Sometimes you can't even tell if it's on the phone.

Summary: Ok if you don't mind serious cosmetic damage.
Comment: Like many others with 1 star reviews, this case has completely damaged the backside and chrome on the phone. The case just doesn't do a great job of keeping dirt particles out. Once you get one little piece of sand or dirt in there, you're phone's finish is done for.
On the other hand, if you're phone isn't pretty to begin with and you want something that will fit well and protect from falls and such, this might be a good option for you.
There's no hope for my phone at this point, so chances are I will probably keep using it.

Comment: This is definitely the best option you'll find. I've bought 4 of them (makes a great gift) and everyone always gets impressed how its texture feels and how it perfectly fits your iPhone (either 3G and 3GS) without compromising its style. Colors are vibrant (my wife loved), but I'd rather stick to the black one (mimics better the iPhone outfit).
Its material (polycarbonate) gives you extra protection for impacts (believe me, no matter how careful you are, they will happen).
The screen remains vulnerable. Although some will recommend you to get a screen protector (such as "Invisible Shield"), it is not that friendly to the case (most will keep peeling off), and most users accept some scratches in the screen as part of the normal aging.
Prices are in the range of 10 USD. Whenever cheaper, shipping costs will bring it to that.
