Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: great customer support, great product!!! Comment: I did a lot of research on studs, and these studs fit the profile of a high quality stud. I wasn't positive on the size I needed so I called recdirect and a very friendly woman explained to me the size I needed and was very knowledgeable. THe kit arrived 4 days later and everything I needed to install the studs was in the box except for a 9/16" socket. The studs and hardware were exactly as described and I even had extra backers and nuts when I was done. Don't let the low price scare you, these are top quality studs. The track pattern that comes with it is 1/4" thick plastic, not some cheap piece of cardboard. My only complaint is they don't list a trail pattern on the pattern, but I just used the inside template and my pattern worked out better than an original arctic cat pattern (this only repeats 4 times, whereas the arctic cat version repeated six times). It only took about 1 hour to install 96 studs.
