Summary: WOW! No Snoring
Comment: I have always had a problem snoring and not the quite type either. My new wife of 2 months was not resting well and when I asked about the snoring she admitted that it was a little disruptive. I reviewed several different alternatives and decided on the "Stop Snoring Remedy Mouth Piece". It was easy to mould to my mouth. When I put it in my mouth the discomfort was very minor and I adjusted very quickly to having it in my mouth. I fell asleep and slept like a baby. When I asked my wife if I snored she replied "Not at all". I asked if she slept better and her response was "NO, I thought something was wrong. I couldn't hear you". The other plus was I felt more rested than I can remember. I Highly recomend this device.

Summary: My wife likes it!
Comment: The mouth piece does work as far as cutting down on the snoring but as other reviews have stated it puts pressure on the front and back of your teeth and you wake up feeling like your teeth are going to fall out. I leave it out until my wife starts elbowing me then I'll put it in. If your wife needs more sleep this will work but as far as every night my teeth can't take it!

Summary: Not what I intended
Comment: Although the product is not intended for sleep apnea, I bought the mouthpiece to use with my cpap. I had hoped that I could use it to keep mouth closed when I sleep. I use a chinstrap and it affects the seal that I get with my full mask. That didn't work out. I also found the mouth piece to be a little unconfortable. I do still use it though. If I don't get a good night's sleep and I am able to catch a nap then I find the mouthpiece is good for that. I snooze about 20 minutes with and I don't snore. I feel refreshed after that. Without the mouthpiece I would snore or snort and wake up. The nap would not benefit me. So I have received some benfit from the product.

Comment: I am so glad to have found this product. It really works for me and is definitely a quality of life improvement for me and my wife. And I am very happy with the price. If you are looking to solve your snoring problem this is a good place to start.
Couple of things about this product:
1. It is very easily molded to the shape of your mouth. You just dip it in boiling water for 12 seconds, mold it to your mouth then dip it in cold water to set it. And, the big thing about this mouth piece as compared to another that I tried is that you can re-mold it. You can give it a try for a night or for a few nights and if the fit isn't comfortable you can re-mold it. so it isn't wasted if you don't get it right the first time.
2. It works by pulling your bottom teeth (jaw) slightly forward and this is how you mold it - you pull your jaw slightly forward and set it in place. Experimenting with this forward distance is why you might need to re-mold it. And... my teeth are a little bit sore in the morning and this is from the pulling action - but it is minor and worth the quality of life improvement to myself and my wife. Defintely worth a try.
