Summary: It can't do the one thing I want
Comment: I bought this item because the splitter I originally had was starting to flake out. I use it to listen to music on the road while charging the phone with the car charger. This is the only thing I needed it to do and it won't do it. For some reason it will not pass a charge along from the mini usb port and I need the HTC port for the audio.
There are better products available that can do this, I can't say I'd recommend this product.
