This case holds the phone snug enough to keep the phone from moving around, yet the elastic side bands allow you to remove the phone with ease. The magnetic clasp is strong enough to keep the phone in the case upside down with vigorous shaking. I recommend this for anyone that want a fairly styish and funcitonal case for their N97. The N97 should not be encumbered within a tight case. This case allows you to slip in and out as you use your phone. Believe me when I say this is the only way to go with the N97. It is possible to get the phone into the case but it's a pain to get it out. The case doesn't even shut properly with the phone inside because it is too small. I tried to break it in with the foam padding it came with and after 2 hours it still does not fit. Waste of money. Other than this review I'm not willing to waste any more time on this whole ordeal. Do NOT but this for the N97! Buy the Nokia CP-323 when it comes out!
