Summary: You get what you pay for.
Comment: Usb cable worked great, its only like 2 cents so tottaly worth the price, only bad thing was it stoped working after 5 months witch was a nice long run. Both my pcs couldnt read it, nor my laptop, nor my xbox 360, or even my friend pc. I know its not my phone because my phone can be read on my friends usb, i was going to five it 3 stars but i remembered the price, overall good prduct, just wish it lasted a little longer.

Summary: Doesn't need drivers, needs drivers, keeps changing its mind
Comment: I bought this cable in October and it worked fine for a few months. I don't remember if it came with a driver CD, but whether it did or not, and whether or not I installed the drivers, the cable was working just fine. I have a Samsung Sway SCH-U650 and used the cable to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer. I haven't done anything differently to my phone or computer, but now when I try to use this cable - same phone, same computer, same OS that I've always used - it says I need drivers. If the cable did come with drivers, I don't have the CD anymore. I was going to download Samsung New PC Studio per another comment on here, but when I went to a user forum, the software was consistently rated one star. No thanks. Does anyone know where I can find the latest drivers for this cable, and why the damn thing can't make up its mind about what drivers it needs?

Comment: Broke after about 4 months of sparingly use. Although its so cheap its not a big deal to order another one. Worked great when it actually worked.

Comment: Exactly the item I needed...I wasn't sure that it was the right answer for the headphone adapter my phone needs, but I trust this company. It WAS the right thing, and I received it a whole week sooner than I expected it to arrive! Really great service; have purchased with them before and had the same excellent care. All you really want, as a customer, is the right product, for a great price, and no problems...this is what I got.

Summary: STILL DOESN'T WORK.
Comment: I ordered one of these for my Samsung Slash, and whenever I plugged it into my computer I got this annoying message saying "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I get this message for every computer I plugged it into. Eforcity shipped me another one, perhaps because the one I had was a defect (thank you Eforcity for the fast shipping!) but I just got my second USB data cable today and I am still getting the same message. CAN SOMEONE PLEAAASE HELP ME? This is so frustrating. Thank god it didn't cost an arm and a leg, but all I want to do is put ring tones on my phone and take pictures off my phone!
