Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Wrong length Comment: If you are buying this cable for its 1.5m length, then keep looking. This company advertises a 1.5m cable but will actually send you a 1m cable. Very disappointing. I contacted them, asking for the correct length cable. They were prompt and fair in their response... "We apologize for sending you incorrect item. It appears we have incorrect SKU entered for this listing. Please use attached return label in pdf format to ship the item back to us for full refund." To which i replied... "Do you have the 1.5 meter cable? I would prefer if you sent me that." And they said... "Unfortunately we don't carry this item. We apologize for inconvenience." Moral of the story is they are falsely advertising and you will not get the product you want. I will say that the cable they sent me is exactly the same as the Blackberry issued one came with my phone. It works for both charging and transferring data. For that they still get 2 stars. Customer Rating: Summary: Good for both charging and syncing data Comment: This cable will let you charge your BlackBerry from your laptop, an Apple iPod travel charger, or any other charging device with a standard USB port, as well as let you sync data on a PC using BlackBerry Desktop manager (on a Mac I use a program called Missing Sync). It does what it is supposed to do without any problems. A cable came included with my Tour, but I wanted an extra one for work, so I bought it on Amazon rather than at the Verizon store, which charges much more money for the exact same thing.
