Summary: Best disc for dogs!
Comment: I never give reviews but had to write one for this product. It's the BEST disc for dogs. Not only is it incredibly easy to throw, but the edges are soft so it is easy on the dog's mouth AND your fingers. It also holds up to abuse really well. I've never thrown a better disc. Try it and you'll be a believer too.

Summary: Flies straight and level, easy on the hands
Comment: This disc flies much more level than a frisbee, and maintains heading better in breezes (though rising up and down). It's easier on the hands because of its soft rim, no more bruised palms from edge-on catches with normal hard discs. The disc is lighter than a standard 175 g ultimate disc, causing it to decelerate in flight more rapidly (the Super Disc Ultra might be more appropriate for serious sports). It's intended as more of a casual throwing disc though, and is great for that purpose. With less inertia, it might also be safer for kids than heavier discs.
It's also a curious conversation piece among fellow aerodynamicists. My personal bias, and for that it nails five stars.

Comment: I was hoping that it would be larger. It's your basic small flying disk with soft edges. I can see how this will be nice to have for my younger kids just learning to catch.

Comment: Do I really need to say more? The Superdisc is AMAZING. It is easy to throw. It is even easier to catch. My Superdisc is a bright, bright yellow, which makes me happy, and which makes it easy to see. It is incredibly durable and will live with me for many years, holding a place of honor near the front door, where I can grab it anytime I may be heading outside in a recreational capacity. Buy one. It's totally worth it.
