Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Absolutely horrible, although it may have been defective Comment: This is the first product in all of Amazon that I have given one star. The case was loose and constantly came off during every day use, and did not allow me to access the lock/unlock button, which as you could imagine caused issues. The screen protector was applied as instructed, and was fine until the last step which was to take off the paper adhesive back. The sticker utilized an inferior adhesive and left gunk on the screen, which was followed by 20 to 30 minutes of scrubbing with alcohol and water, to some avail. In addition, the screen of the actual phone was damaged along with the protected in the process of doing so. The seller refused to give a refund because I am overseas and deployed, and cannot return the item. The seller also made it difficult to attempt to get a refund. Do not do business with. Customer Rating: Summary: They are made for each other (Nokia 5800) Comment: Although the quality was not as good as my previous protective skin (OtterBox for a Nokia e63) this gel skin is very well designed, providing access to all the connectors and buttons. The screen is also well protected with the plastic transparent protector. The downside is the rapid charger, that looks like cheap plastic, so I am not using it, but it was like an extra, due to the super cheap bargain price. Both the skin and the screen protector make a great combo for the 5800. The gel case is the item I didnt like. The unlock button its now unreachable and part of the frontal camera is blocked with the case. The material is ok and if fits fine, but the side buttons are now hard to use. Im going to buy another one, because this one is not good enough for me.
