Based on the price and some of the reviews, I wasn't expecting too much. But I was pleasantly surprised. These earrings are very nice. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw, and some of the earrings sent out aren't up to par, but I don't have any of the issues that others have complained about here. My gemstones definitely sparkle, and while the garnet and amethyst are darker than the other stones (which really shouldn't surprise anyone), all the colors show. The curve of both earrings match, the post is not too long, and they are not too heavy. I'm glad I took a chance on these earrings. I think they definitely look pricier than what I paid for them (Lightning Deal Price).
