Summary: Could not get working
Comment: After returning this item and getting a replacement I returned it again for a refund. I simply could not get it to work. It would cycle on and off repeatably while never charging the Pre fully.

Summary: Touchstone in the Car
Comment: I put my touchstone on my dash (using velcro), powering it through a 120V outlet in my car. It's definitely the best car-phone setup I've ever had. It lost a star in my ratings because occasionally, it goes into a cycle where the phone keeps connecting and disconnecting to the charger (electrically, not mechanically). Picking the phone up and putting it back down carefully seems to fix that.

Comment: I love my touchstone! So much so I want to get a second for my car. Its only a minor downfall that it does not come with the usb cable or power adapter and you can't just use any old micro-usb cable with it, but getting a second cable for my computer was easy enough to obtain. An added bonus is - the touchstone back plate is so much nicer than the standard one that comes with the pre! It doesn't show finger prints as easily, and overall just feels better in the hand. When my husband got his new pre, this was the first thing I ran to order - because he took mine! This is a must have!
