Summary: Expressions will not upload to my FTP server
Comment: After I bought my first PC that has Windows 7, I wanted to have better software for creating and uploading my web pages to my server. I noticed as I installed Expression Web 3 that some of the steps it asked me to do were things that weren't already defined, so that was a challenge to figure things out, which I did. Once I found the editing page, I will say the graphics of my sites looked sharp. There are many nice features to this program.
However, when I began to use the FTP uploading function, it brought all my server-located sites onto the right side and my PC-based sites (mostly matching those that were online already) onto the left of this window. In other words, Expression Web 3 had communication with my server. But when I tried to move one or more of the not-previously-online pages from left to right (to go online) NOTHING HAPPENED. I was unable to upload anything to the Internet. This was prohibitive for me, so I regrettably returned the item for a refund.
I suppose if you wanted to use it just for the page creation, it would be excellent.

Comment: A excellent software for those who used FrontPage previously. Importing your files from FrontPage was easy. Must have a manual, such as MS Expression Web 3 in 24 hours would be very helpful

Summary: Really messed up 3.0
Comment: I made a mistake of upgrading from Expression Web 2.0. Expression Web 3.0 has a very unpleasant design. It is very unpleasant dark and most importantly hard to use. Most annoying is that it messes up unedititable section, my scripts. Why it does it is beyond me. The second most screwed up function is that I cannot use it for publishing anymore because I cannot track the changed pages anymore. The only good thing is that you can use SFTP now. Switching back to 2.0. Don't make mistake of upgrading. How do I get my money back?

Comment: This pruduct is easy to use and the price is fair compared to the $400 adobe dreamweaver. This product is quick to ship with normal shipping and there are many training manuals to accomadate this great web building program. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to create and maintain their own website.
